The double massage ball is based on a high-quality anti-allergic EPP foam which makes it very hard. It is small and light – in effect it takes little space and can be easily taken to the gym. As it is compact, you can reach hard-to-access muscle areas and precisely press the trigger points, that is sources of pain. The combination of these two foam balls lets you massage a larger body area at the same time.
How to do a ball massage?
- Static release of the trigger point – put the ball against the painful spot and press it to reduce the pain or for about 40 seconds.
- The deep self-massage similar to rolling – press the ball to the massaged area and move it slowly along the excessively tense muscles. Retake this action a few times.
