OstroVit Magnesium Citrate Magnesium is an essential mineral and the second most common electrolyte in the human body. Magnesium deficiency is common in developed countries. Deficiency of the element increases blood pressure, reduces glucose tolerance and causes nervous excitement. The main sources of magnesium are nuts and leafy vegetables. Magnesium supports proper muscle function by maintaining electrolyte balance and helps maintain healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion and helps maintain normal psychological functions.

Use: Dissolve one portion of the product 2.7 g (3 scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Take one serving per day.
