Application:
Mix 2-4 scoops with 750-1000 ml of water and shake in a shaker for 20-30 seconds. Shake in a shaker or mix 4 scoops of MUTANT MASS powder with 480-960 ml of water or milk in a mixer. It is recommended to take 2, and in some cases (high protein requirement) 3 shakes per day. Our favorite regimen is to take one shake in the morning upon waking up and another immediately after training; or any other time you need an extra serving of protein.
Advice!  Using skim milk results in a thicker, creamier and more calorie shake. To reduce sweetness and thickness, simply add liquid.
