They are left on the plant longer and harvested only during the second picking, which gives them a stronger and more intense flavor. Suggested Uses: Raab Organic Matcha is ideal for modern beverages as well as cooking and baking. Use up to 2 g (1 teaspoon) e.g. for smoothies, cocktails, tea, cake, muffins, chocolate, ice cream or pesto. After opening, refrigerate to preserve the subtle tart aroma.
